my son is 4 he has 60/60 vision how bad is that.Is it really bad or ok

The 60/60 is not a usual reading. It may be 20/60? If it was 60/60 it would be normal vision like 20/20 but measured at 60 feet: not likely. 20/60 is ok for a 4 year old PROVIDING THE REASON FOR THE REDUCED VISION IS EXPLAINED: then if it is just a little astigmatism or nearsightedness or perhaps chalked off to poor attending of the eye chart, it is OK, but just saying "20/60 is OK" isn't acceptable unless a benign reason for it is found and then the reduced vision is allowed until he is older. So if it was found at a screening, you need to have him seen by an eye doctor to figure it out.
