my son's age is 6 years 3 months he tilts his head frequently
we regularly get his eyesight checked and he is wearing specs
but there is no improvement in head tilting problem
he has no pain in his neck when he straightens his head
he was delivered by forceps but there was no injury

I hope the check up is being done by an eye doctor and not just a prescription check with an optical outlet.
You may need to check his vision, optic nerve and visual field.
If the eye is fine, then a good physician or neurological opinion may help.
