My question is: Is there any way of preventing or treating the brown pigmentation of the skin around the eyes when on Xalatan eye drops? I would really appreciate it if you could give me some advice.

Dear Beverly,
Please speak with a skin specialist to give you some pigment reducer cream for the same.
Also, when using the drops, after its instillation, wash the skin around the eyes.
Alternatively, you could speak to your eye specialist to switch to another product.
