I would like to the best lighting for being on a computer at night. Where should it be located? How bright should it be etc.?
I would also like to know the best settings for the "bright" and "contrast" controls on the computer. Thank you.

Although I am not an expert on this, there are basics to follow and the room should be well lit preferably with a tube light.
