Dear Pamela,
This simply means that you need to use glasses
From the prescription sent, it appears that you have an extremely high number in the Right (OD) eye of -10.25 and a small power which is also in an axis (this is 0.5 at 75 degrees)
The left eye (OS) has no power in one component which is spherical and a very small power of 0.25 in the axis at 90 degrees.
You should consider LASIK or laser correction for the eye with the high power oif fit for it (can know through tests).
Sometimes, such high numbers in that eye can have weak vision which is not being able to read 20/20 or 6/6 ...this is not written in the report as to what lines of vision with the -10.25 you are able to achieve.
A good LASIK specialist would be able to guide you if you are not comfortable using the glasses or lenses.
