Hi,
Last week, my father had a surgery to remove a tumour in the hypophysis.
This was the third time this happened. Unfortunatly this time the results weren't so good, my father can't see with his right eye; and with his left eye, since the first surgery, he has had troubles. Briefing, after this third surgery he can't see with his right eye and very very little with his left eye.
The physician says he almost didn't touch his optical nervous and he didn't expect this result. The first 4 days after the surgery he prescribed high dosis of cortisone in order to reduce the inflammation. But it didn't worked. He says the only thing to do is to wait for a miracle.
Is there anything else we could do to improve his sight?
Thanks, I'll appreciate very much any advice.
